GREETINGS FROM THE NASH COUNTY HISTORICAL ASSOCIATION & STONEWALL MANOR!
Its time for Historic Stonewall Manor's Annual Fall Living History/Reenactment event. We will be open from 11-4 both Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 20th & 21st. We will be joined by Edenton Bell, Reilly's Battery, Lathams 13th Battery, CSA Naval Squadron, Olde South Blacksmith, Sweet Pea Sutler - Aversborough, Son's of Confederate Veterans, the Tarheel Civilians and music by the Tar River Dulcimers!
There will be activities throughout both days including cannon fire,
skirmishes, living history/hands on activites, blacksmith demonstrations, period
cooking and a sutler that will have items that can be purchased by the public
reflective of the period. There will also be concessions throughout both days.
Admissions are $5.00 for adults; $3.00 for seniors; $2.00 for children (6 and
under free). The Manor itself will be open as well for the public to tour and
docents will be on site to answer any questions. We
welcome everyone in our community and surrounding areas to come take part in a
fun, educational tradition and visit one of the states most beautiful Historic
Antebellum mansions. You can also find us on

TOURS HAVE BEEN THE WEEKEND OF SEPTEMBER 28-29 DUE CONSTRUCTION
We are open to the public for tours during regularly scheduled hours as well as by appointment. We also offier individuals or groups a beautiful location for teas, receptions, and other civic and social events. The historic property is being preserved and the Nash County Historical Association, caretaker of the Manor, encourages you to use it and participate in its restoration.
